Jeffrey Rule is a licensed landscape architect with 20 years of experience in residential landscape design. His design approach integrates high professional standards with an earnest regard for client needs, site opportunities, neighborhood character, municipal and community requirements, and realistic financial considerations.
Jeff maintains a close association with clients, architects, and contractors, and the final product consistently bespeaks beauty and function within the framework of responsible land stewardship.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the California State Polytechnic University at Pomona in 1985. He started his firm in 1993 after working for ten years with a highly respected landscape architectural firm in San Diego.
His firm was awarded the prestigious San Diego Home and Garden Magazine ‘Home of The Year’ award in 2002 for a residential garden design in Point Loma, California.
Fine art has always been an important part of Jeff’s life and career. His sensitivity to the environment is reflected in his oil paintings, which can be viewed in the 'artwork' section of this website.
